Enhanced Access Appointments

Mawsley Village Surgery are now able to offer patients additional appointments which are available during normal office hours, evenings and Saturdays.

Extended access appoinments are available as follows:

• 6.30pm – 8.00pm Monday to Friday
• 9.00am – 5.00pm Saturday
• A paediatric (children’s nurse) clinic is available most weekdays.
• Mental health practitioners have appointments every afternoon Monday – Friday 2:00pm – 5:00pm.

If you would prefer to see your usual GP or practice nurse, please book an appointment with the practice during normal opening hours.

Appointments are a mixture of face-to-face appointments and phone calls which are available during the week as well as on Saturdays.

All face-to-face appointments will be delivered at the Kettering HUB, Weavers Medical Centre, Prospect House, Lower Street, Kettering, NN16 8DN.

The extra appointments we can offer are as follows:

• Specialist children’s nurse for minor illness (0 to 6 years)
• GP’s
• Practice Nurse (focussing on complex Wound Care) – Saturdays Only
• Practice Nurse who will be able to deliver ECG’s, Smears, Foot Checks
• Dedicated Mental Health Practitioner
• Physio
• Minor Illness Nurse (UTI’s, Chest Infections, Asthma, Ear and Throat Infections) – Saturdays Only

Appointments can be booked by calling the surgery. Our team will offer an appointment at the hub if deemed appropriate.
