New over 75’s wellbeing appointments available

We are offering a new over 75’s wellbeing clinic. We will be sending out invites but please don’t wait until you are called. If you are over 75 and would like to attend for a health check, please call the surgery and book an appointment. Please feel free to bring a relative/carer with you when you attend and please bring a urine sample with you to your appointment.
